11 AM Salon values all of our guests and asks you to review these guidelines to ensure and maintain the highest quality of care provided.

 

Effective January 1, 2021

 

Cancellations/Lateness

If you happen to be running 10-15 minutes behind, please give us a call to ensure your appointment can still be accommodated with the new time frame. If you are more than 15 minutes late, please understand you may have to forfeit your appointment and reschedule.


If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so prior to 48 hours in advance of your appointment time. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service in order to book another appointment. That fee will be used towards your following appointment.

Clients who cancel within 24 hours more than once will be charged the full service fee without use toward your next appointment. All new clients are required to leave a card on file. Any color correction booked requires a 50% deposit via card and can be made over the phone or in person.

 

Refunds

11 AM Salon does not offer refunds of services rendered. Salon products may be returned as long as the product is unused/sealed. We will not accept open or unsealed products for return. Exchanges are only accepted for products that are not shampoo and/or conditioner!

Redos/Adjustments

If you find that you are unhappy with the results of your service, please reach out to the salon as soon as possible and we will be happy to work with you to make small adjustments/tweaks within 2 weeks of your original appointment.

*This courtesy does not extend to unreasonable expectations or budgetary issues. Change of mind is not considered a redo or adjustment. We promise to do all we can to fix any error in the quality of the work provided.*
